This explains what happens when you use this website.

Fitting requests

When you submit a fitting request, the contact details and fitting information you enter are sent to FormSubmit for delivery by email to the website’s designated recipient. This can include your name, contact preference, occasion, date and group details. They are used to respond to your request. A request does not reserve an appointment. There is no online checkout or customer account.

FormSubmit and the receiving email provider process the request. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Copies delivered by email are separate from that archive. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. Call the shop if you need to check that a request was received.

Visits and clicks

The site loads Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager automatically. Analytics can record pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location, how you arrived, and clicks on calls, directions and fitting links. Clarity also records how you scroll, tap and move through pages, as heatmaps and visit replays; what you type into the fitting request form is masked and not recorded. Cookies may be used to distinguish visits. Your browser sends connection information, including your IP address, to services it loads.

Other services

Google Maps embeds, Google Fonts and Google review links connect to Google. The hosting provider receives requests needed to serve the site and may keep technical logs. These providers handle information under their own policies.

Your browser choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site does not currently have an on-site cookie preference control. See Cookies and website services.

Calling or visiting

Information you provide by phone or in the shop is separate from this website. Ask Gabriel directly about information held by the shop.

Updates and questions

Contact the shop about a request you have sent or to ask about information held in connection with it. This policy will be updated if the website’s services change.
